1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Candled With Care, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Candled With Care.

2.2 Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order. We accept credit card, debit card, cash, and Apple Pay.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 business days. However, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

3.2 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellations and Returns

4.1 Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of placing an order. After this period, orders cannot be canceled.

4.2 Returns are accepted up to 30 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4.3 In the event of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order for a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, logos, and product names, belong to Candled With Care.

5.2 Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any intellectual property belonging to Candled With Care without prior written consent.

6. Liability

6.1 Candled With Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
